Advertiser must avoid giving his advertising work that agency that handles the advertising work of his competitor. For the reason that in that case ad agency mayn't be in a position to prepare ads which help the advertiser to take an edge over competitor as well as agency will not prepare such ads which go against our competitors that is agency will not make competitive ads for us.
