Aerofoil aerodynamics -framework, Other Engineering

Assignment Help:

Framework

In the laboratory we will deal with low speed flows, at first using the potential flow solver. We will also investigate behaviour for the NACA 4-series of aerofoils.  The question that we want to ask is  What is the behaviour of the aerodynamics (and in particular of the integrated forces and  moment) at low incidence angles?

Anderson in detail with this issue. There are two useful schematics in (foraerofoil notation) and figure 4.9 (for an indication of the 2 main flow regimes) which you should refer

to.
