  • In mainly cases, a client-server architecture facilitates the roles and tasks of a computing system to be distributed amongst several independent computers that are known to each other only throughout a network. This creates another advantage to this architecture: greater easiness of maintenance. For instance, it is probable to repair, replace, upgrade, or even reposition a server while its clients stay both unaffected and unaware by that change. This independence from modify is also referred to as encapsulation.
  • every the data is stored on the servers, which usually have far superior security controls than most clients. Servers can improved control access and resources, to assurance that only those clients with the suitable permissions may change and access data.
