Advantage

1. Slim design as Wall mountable

2. Larger than LCD screens

Disadvantage

1. Expensive, though cheaper than LCDs in larger sizes.

2. Is subject to screen burn-in, although modern panels consist of a manufacturer rated lifespan of 50,000 or more hours.

3. First two thousands hours is its brightest point. Each hour thereafter, the display slowly dims.

4. At higher elevations, usually six thousands ft or higher, they exhibit noticeable humming.
