Human resource planning function should be properly organized. A separate man power planning division must be created, especially in the large organizations to coordinate man power planning exercise at the various planning levels. The various plans for the procurement, promotion and retention of human resources in an optimal manner should be envisaged by filling future vacancies with right type of people.
