A self-starting siphon
Secure a piece of glass or plastic tube about 2.5 cm in diameter and 8 to 10 cm in length. Fit single end with a one-hole stopper, carrying a short length of glass tube that extends about a centimetre under the stopper on the inner side. Fit the other end of the large tube with a two-hole stopper.
