Ferroelectric RAM is a random-access memory same in construction to DRAM but uses a ferroelectric layer rather of a dielectric layer to achieve non-volatility. FeRAM is one of a growing number of alternative non-volatile random-access memory technologies that offer the similar functionality as flash memory. FeRAM benefits over flash include: lower power usage, faster write performance and a much greater maximum number of write-erase cycles. Drawbacks of FeRAM are much lower storage densities than flash devices, storage capacity limitations, and higher cost.
Explain LRU Page replacement algorithm. LRU policy: It expands to least recently use. This policy proposes that we remove a page that last usage is farthest from present time
Q Why we use addressing schemes? An operation code of an instruction tells the operation to be performed. This operation is executed on some data stored in memory or register.

Define Polling. A Polling process is used to recognize the highest priority source by software means. In this process there is one common branch address for all interrupts.
What is meant by super scalar processor? Super scalar processors are designed to exploit more instruction level parallelism in user programs. This means that multiple function
