  • what will it do (functionality) ------ requirement of the product,
  • what functionalities it cover,
  • how we currently do those functionalities
    can we do it (feasibility) ----- skills need to develop it,
  • organization,
  • cost required,
  • sufficiency
    do we want it? (Acceptability)--------- human issues,
  • performance of new product, compare with currently how manage to do the functionalities,
  • adoptability,
  • the market analysis, revenue/ what we get back from the introducing new product
    do we want to risk it (consequences) -------- what could go wrong,
  • risk management
