Task:

You have recently been appointed as the UK Marketing Manager for Primark. The organisation is now planning to expand into a number of international markets and you have been asked to produce a 1500 word report recommending a plan for Primark entering a new international market with their existing products and services.

Remember to support your report with relevant theories and concepts of global business. Consider and provide examples to support your reasoning.

You should explain the key concepts of global business and highlight the benefits of expanding into new markets.

You should also discuss the managerial and operational challenges of international business and how Primark can plan to overcome them.

You should finally propose and justify a viable plan of entry based on your analysis.
