Assume that you are the leader for a division within a major retail organization. Your initial attempt to transition the culture to one that would support an improved online presence was not successful. Use four of the reasons outlined by Kotter that you feel might apply in this situation as to why it might not have been successful. Do not necessarily focus on accuracy, as you may not have any retail experience. These examples can be fictitious as long as you apply Kotter's reasons. Conclude by discussing how you would attempt to overcome two of these if you try this change again.
