Your company laid-off many employees this year as costs skyrocketed and sales plummeted. You are responsible for transitioning a traditional and print-based publishing company to Kindle. Research Kindle, its mission and its services.

Your team will act as the leader for the organization. Some members of different functional areas of the company are not in favor of the change and do not believe that Kindle will provide the services and products students and instructors need. In order to fully understand the issue, other members may need to study the current problems faced by traditional publishers, as well as the complaints of customers.
