Today you are working in your primary care clinic. Tom, Mary, and Jack show up at your clinic early in the morning demanding to be seen today as all three of them have become ill. Unfortunately, it has been over 1 year since you last saw Tom (since his last cardiovascular illness) and even longer since you have seen either Mary or Jack. You agree to see them the same day. Because they are all ill, you place them in the same clinic room to see them all during one long visit. You quickly gather key pieces of information regarding their illness.
