For this assignment, you will draft a contract for a business you own. As a business owner, you will interact with several vendors. Consider some of the following questions: How will the vendor be paid? On what schedule will the vendor be paid? (i.e. net 30-, 60-, 90-days?) Will the goods (whatever goods they are) be invoiced before or after delivery and does that change how the vendor is paid? You can draft your own or find one online and modify it to "your company". Use what you have learned about contracts in the past 2 chapters to draft your contract. Remember, what is needed for your contract to be enforceable in court.
