You are the manager at a local bakery chain. Your employees come to work late, make lots of mistakes, and have high turnover (they quit often). You feel like you spend all your time either training new employees or hovering over your current employees to ensure they are performing up to your standard.

Your regional manager noticed that your sales are down as are your yelp reviews. Your location's performance is suffering as a result of what you believe to be low employee motivation and turnover.
