Question

Ellis is a four-year-old who plans to start attending preschool in the next month. Past medical history reveals that at the age of 2 ½ years, he was given a peanut butter sandwich and immediately complained of severe itching and swelling of the tongue and "tingling lips." He was seen by his pediatrician, and after testing was diagnosed with a peanut allergy.
