Any person of legal age and sound mind may make an advance written directive for physicians to administer terminal care when she /he suffers from the terminal phase of a terminal illness. Provided that she/he is informed of the medical consequences of her/his choice; she/he releases those involved in her/his care from any obligation related to his choice and her/his decision will not prejudice public health and safety.
