Structure for report 

Introduction - Start by writing the purpose and goal of the report, what you aim to achieve and offer to the reader, information about the case, the context, the focus of the case, indications of how you analyzed the case, and the main solutions. Briefly list a few key highlights from your report. 

Context of analysis: You should describe the industrial context in which the firm is located (e.g., time frame, geographic context, industry lifecycle). If the company acts globally, indications of the geographic scope. Use the corresponding frameworks to give an understanding of the geographic and industrial context in the corresponding period of analysis. 

Firm description and evolution: The student should describe the company of the case, describe how the company have developed the growth strategies, identify the resources the company has and indicate the evolution of the firm portfolio. 

Analysis of the Strategic Problem: Based on the guiding questions the student will explain the strategic problem that the company face base on a particular use of an analytical framework.

Strategic alternatives and strategic formulation- Based on the case and the problem, here you are going to offer the solution of the case. The solution should be given by using the appropriate framework. The student should provide an analysis of alternatives and how to finally identify the option. Finally, the solution should be given based on standards strategic declaration methods. 

Recommendations - Finally, based on your analysis, propose some meaningful and insightful ideas for the any company that might face similar situations. Please don't be generic but be specific. Recommendations should always be actionable.

The conclusion - Summaries the critical points of your report, but do not merely repeat what you have already said in earlier sections. Ensure you mention that you have achieved the purpose of the work you had previously mentioned in the introduction. Indicate the logic of your solution, the key points, the contingencies and the limitations. Also, provide practical implications and how the strategy should be implemented. References - stick to proper referencing structure and format
