Write a personal reflection memo about perception and decision-making. The memo describes a time had an erroneous perception of someone else that led to making a sub-optimal decision. This could have occurred in a work, school, or personal setting. The memo should include the following:

1. Details of the event, including how perceived the person, what decision was made based on that attribution, how eventually found out we're wrong, and what happened afterward.

2. Outline what think contributed to erroneous perception. This section should include references to specific perceptual biases. also draw the three social psychology theories.

3. Outline, if relevant, any decision-making errors or biases that may have influenced.

4. Make suggestions for what can do moving forward to minimize the chances of making a similar attribution error in the future.

The memo should reflect on perception, decision-making, and in some cases, diversity and emotion. Show how those concepts.
