Problem:

You are working at a financial planning organization and your supervisor who has been on long service and personal leave for the last year has just returned. While on leave your supervisor was overseas and did not get any information on the industry, thus he is not that up to date with some of the changes that have been occurring. There was one area that he wants you to investigate. This being the FoFA. Your task to write a report summarizing, in your own words, explaining what the FoFA is and where it is at (ie has it been implemented and what are the components/recommendations) and how has the industry reacted to it.
