Writing a paper on nursing theory, specifically Nola Pender's Health Promotion Model. One of the rubric is the theoretical definition of two of the concepts. Am I to think of the theoretical definition as in it MIGHT work in practice rather than it DOES work in practice. Such as, past experiences might play a role in future actions as opposed to past experiences definitely shape future actions? Am I on the right page?
