Write your own version of the C string library function strncat.

Your function should have the same prototype as strncat except that it has a different name char* my_strncat(char *str1, char str2, int n).

Your function should append the value of str2 to the value of str1, and return a pointer to the new value of str1.

For example, the piece of code below will output

"abcdefg" char u[10] "abcd";

char v[10] "efghijk";

strncat (u, v, 3);

printf("%s";, a);
