Lisa wisdom comments - This class came at the perfect time for me and I value each and every week's discussions. Having had the experience of some really great directors and a very poor director, each week brought to light areas that are important to maintain a successful program. I gained a new respect of the title of director, and a respect for the responsibility. In these seven weeks, I have gone back and forth on whether I want to be a director, and having just earned my teaching license via Peer Review, I am confident in saying "not yet". Perhaps someday, as I enjoyed the mentoring, family and community involvement, and public relations aspects. Budgeting... not so much!
