Human Resource Planning & Staffing is designed to provide you with all the basics of planning in regard to Human resources in any given organizational setting.

Write up an HR Plan for setting up a new business, which is supported with sufficient funds in the location of your choice, anywhere in Bangladesh. You are to plan the total human resource requirements and describe thoroughly the following: Job Description, Job Specification, Job Requirements, recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management, for at least 12 jobs as a sample (please know that in a real company, you cannot make only few sample job analysis, but you have to do for all), and other forms of rewards to attract and retain the best employees.

You may select any company of your choice-just make sure no one else has the same or similar plan. The company you select must need at least 20 people to operate effectively. Plan the HR requirements on the company/ organization/ institute with the number of people required for each job position, to operate most effectively and efficiently. Job Analysis is required for 12 employees (jobs).
