To the School Board,
We write to seek your approval for a fundraising activity we are planning to conduct. This is a fund-raising activity to support Little Cub's Basketball Team to purchase new uniforms. Our goal is to raise an amount of $1,600.00 for the team's uniform.
Our venue shall be the picnic grove our local fire department offered to us free of charge. Its heart-warming to know many of our local businesses have committed donating goods and services in this event. We also have 15 more volunteers to assist in the event.
To promote this event, we would like to have an outside community game and picnic event selling Barbeque dinner for a charge of $10.00 for chicken dinners and $12.00 for rib dinners with all the trimmings.
As we all know, sports are a great way for our children to learn sportsmanship, comradery, excellence, and perseverance. We love to see our children enjoy this kind of events, and as a parent seeing them enjoy what they love is a thing we treasure most.
I am looking forward for your positive response.
Sincerely,
Ms. Lela Myree
There are many moving parts to your event, and organizing them will be key to ensuring no resource gets missed or wasted. Using the known information and the concepts learned in class, present your organizational structure in the second section of the proposal you began last week. Make sure you include the answers to these questions:
- Explain who reports directly to you and why you selected them.
- Describe what their responsibilities will be.
- Explain who else they interact with, and how they will interact
