On the last quiz you were asked what you could learn about the Buyer at the 5 & 10 on Main Street BEFORE making the call. Reminder, you are selling 100% Cotton, USA made tee and sweat shirts. Assume you made a visit to the store a few days ago and saw no "100% cotton" shirts! A few were 90% cotton, but none 100%. The 90% cotton ones were much cheaper than your sweatshirts, however.

Now it is time to make the sales call. List 6 questions you would ask. Write three closed ended and three open ended questions and tell me which ones are which. Don't ask questions you can learn by walking around the store (i.e., what % of your customers are students?)
