(1st problem)

For given integer n = 9 print a ladder of n steps. The k-th step consists of the integers from 1 to k without spaces between them. To do that, you can use the sep and end arguments for the function print().

(Second Problem)

Given a string. Cut it into two equal parts (if the length of the string - is even, and if the length of the string is odd, the length of the first part should be one character more). Move these two parts are interchanged, write the result into a new row and put it on the screen.
