Structural Recursion on Natural Numbers

Write the Racket function PERFECT, which consumes a positive integer n and produces true if and only if n is perfect.

A positive integer is perfect if it is equal to the sum of its divisors (including 1 but not including itself). You may find the built-in function remainder useful.

Any recursive function you write (perfect or any helper functions) must use structural recursion on natural numbers.
