An inexperienced hunter shoots at a squirrel sitting in a tree. The squirrel is sitting on a branch that is 22 m above the gun barrel, and 85 m away as shown. The 22 caliber bullet leaves the gun barrel at a speed of 250 m/s, and the hunter aims directly at the squirrel.

(a) Write the initial velocity of the bullet in vector form.

(b) How long does it take the bullet to reach the same horizontal position as the squirrel?

(c) Fortunately for the squirrel, the hunter misses. Calculate how close the bullet came to the squirrel when it passes by. (In other words, find the vertical displacement between the squirrel and bullet when the horizontal position of the bullet and squirrel are the same).
