Question: Since the Restaurant A opened, the average waiting time is 127 minutes. However, based on a recent survey with 64 participants, the average waiting time in the restaurant is observed as 115 minutes and the standard deviation is 40 minutes. The owner of the restaurant wants to test whether this 115-minute is due to chance or not. Assume the assumptions of central limit theorem are met.

a. Write the hypotheses to test.

b. Compute the p-value for the hypothesis testing.

c. Interpret the p-value in natural language.

d. Does this p-value provide sufficient evidence to reject the null hypothesis?
