How is heat transferred to the burrito if it is heated in a microwave oven? How about when it is toasted in an oven?

The burritos are the same size and composition, start out at the same initial temperature, and reach the same final temperature after heating. The burrito in the toaster oven takes 12min to heat, and the burrito in the microwave takes 2 minutes to heat. What is the relative efficiency of the microwave over the toaster oven?

Microwave ovens lose energy in converting electrical work to microwaves, and their conversion efficiencies are approx. 0.5. Assuming an efficiency of 0.5 for the microwave, what is the efficiency of the toaster oven?
