Objective: This exercise is designed to give you practice in writing a summary news lead for a meeting story like the one you will complete for your final project.
You will write a summary news lead about one of the public community government meetings that you will choose and watch from the attached list. This assignment represents the first step that you will take toward completing your final project for this class. You will use the same video for Stories 2, 3 and the final project, so choose it wisely! Once your instructor has graded this assignment, you may not change to a different meeting video without the prior approval of your instructor.
