Write down a program which reads student's name together with his or her test scores. Program must calculate the average test score for each student and allot the suitable grade. Grade scale is as follows: 90-100, A; 80-89, B; 70-79, C; 60-69, D; 0-59, F. Program use the following functions:

a. Void function, calculateAverage, to find out average of five test scores for each student. Use loop to read and sum five test scores. (This function doesn't output average test score. Task should be done in function main.)
b. Value-returning function, calculateGrade, to find out and return each student's grade. (This function doesn't output grade. The task should be done in function main.)

The program requires to use following data. Read data from file and send output to a file. Do not use any global variables. Use suitable parameters to pass values in and out of functions.
