Write a program that reads in the size of the side of a square and then prints a hollow square of that size out of asterisks (i.e., *) and blanks. Your program should work for squares of all side sizes between 1 and 20. If the user enters a side less than 1, your program should set the square side to 1. If the user enters a side greater than 20, your program should set the square side to 20.
