Question: You have purified a drug and have very limited quantities of the drug (0.59). (FW: 158.03). You are planning on testing the drug at three different concentrations, 0.25 mm, 0.1 mM and 0.005 nm. You will need a maximum of 5 ml per concentration for your experiment. Please write out your dilution scheme in a WELL LABELED TABLE. Include the dilution factor per step; and the final DF for each concentration (0.25 mm, 0.1 mM and 0.005 nm).

Please write out a lab protocol (not an SOP). Please provide any details that you would if you were doing the lab in person and assume that you will turn in tubes that will be graded after the class has ended
