a) A client tells you, "I'm so mad at my partner! I have to do the laundry, drive the kids around, make all the meals, clean the house, and he has so much free time to watch TV. By the time I get home from doing all the errands and keeping the family schedule, I'm too exhausted to do ANYthing!"
b) A client says to you, "I've been lonely for a long time. I don't go out to many social events any more, though, because who knows what will happen. I've been rejected so many times. I think I'd like to make more friends, but I don't know how to start or what to do, or what might happen. ".
