1. Harleep S. was sued in 2020 because she sold an (allegedly) defective pool to Mary S. who wanted a full refund of $12,000.00 plus another $3,000.00 for trying to fix it up with another company.

2. Harleep S. who owned "Perfect Pools" never responded because he was in the process of moving, complications arose due to Covid-19 and lots of other reasons.

3. Mary S. hired a Paralegal from "Picky Paralegals" who wrote a very serious and long letter to Harleep explaining the necessity of paying the Judgement of $15,000.00 on or before July 10, 2022.

4. Harleep retained his own Paralegal and she filed a Motion to Set Aside the Judgement and filed on July 8, 2022.
