How does this information apply to your own abilities? For this fifth entry in your portfolio development, you will demonstrate your capabilities with this skill.

Follow these instructions:

Question 1. Collect evidence. For a student and/or community organization to which you belong, identify a decision to be made or a problem to be solved. This may require you to interview the organization's leadership and/or constituents. Following the five steps to decision making outlined in this chapter, carry out a decision-making/problem-solving project. Record all actions you take and ideas you come up with, including the final decision.

Question 2. Organize the evidence in a meaningful way. Write one page that communicates both the process and the end result of the project. Organize the report according to the five steps of the decision-making process.
