3) There would have been conflicts in your team, tell me what the issue was and how was it resolved?

5) What drives you to give your best at your workplace?

1) Based on the above question we need to do interview findings as in mentioned below is an example for the first question.

1. Upon asking the employee about how satisfied he is with his job. Response which I received can be rated as unsatisfactory and the reason being the pay scale the company was offering him was lesser than his expectations and with the amount of work and effort he was putting in for his team. As per the interviewee it was good of its employer of retaining most of the employees however the work pressure had increased, and they had to work more than the expected hours but there was no overtime, or any hike provided in their salary which has resulted in the employee to look for some other position in a different company which is paying a higher pay package. Hence as per my finding lack of job satisfaction has lead the employee to look for a different job which has a better package to offer.

As mentioned above need the answers for remaining 5 question.

2) We need to write on how organisation behaviour explains the above interview findings, so the concepts are like that of Job Satisfaction, Motivation, leadership, work culture and conflicts.
