Here is the summary - The title of this paper is a game theoretical perspective on the lending relationship between banks and companies. At the beginning, the game theory model and bi-matrix are introduced, as well as the impact of collateral, credit score, law and moral hazard on this game relationship. This is followed by a discussion of the game model and an analysis of the data to draw conclusions. Finally, some incentives and constraints are discussed to make the lending relationship between banks and companies more benign.
