You know vaguely that ISO 9000 certification establishes international manufacturing standards; thereby giving buyers guarantee that products meet definite quality standards. You need more detailed information about what ISO 9000 certification is and the benefits it gives to suppliers and purchasers. You know that an independent agency gives the certification, but you do not know who that agency is or how long the process of being certified needs. You also need to know what actions you must take to start the certification process.
