1) TITLE OF ASSIGNMENT:- The title of assignment is "Microsoft Office 2019 applications and newly added features". This topic is selected because nowadays, it is an essential tool for academic as well as professional life. After the completion of this assignment, I will reexamine it to check whether selected title is appropriate or not.

2) PURPOSE OF ASSIGNMENT:- The purpose of this assignment is to explore the knowledge about the advanced features of the Microsoft Office and its applications. As the name indicates, this assignment will focus on the Microsoft Office 2019 and its applications and in addition to this, newly added features.

3) AUDIENCE IDENTIFICATION AND ASSEESMENT:- a) PRIMARY AUDIENCE:- Primary audience is instructor.

Instructor uses the Microsoft Office 2019 on regular basis to disseminate her lectures to her pupils using Microsoft PowerPoint application of it. But he may use Text Highlighter to highlight some portions of the text with some colours to elucidate her knowledge in an effective way. Also, she can use Transition Morph feature to animate the slides or make her slides or objects to move as if they have life within them.

b) SECONDARY AUDIENCE:- The secondary resources for this informative report are Management and the students.

Management who will keep the record of this informative report can access the information anytime. Although management uses the applications of Microsoft Office in many ways such as to manage the records of teachers as well students, create the daily schedule and for promotional activities but through this assignment management will come to know some new beneficial features of Microsoft Excel2019 like management can use TEXTJOIN function to join the text from multiple ranges.

Students who prefer the online reading can read the numerous uses of Microsoft office 2019 and its applications for their academic purpose. It is undeniable that in the techno-savy world, Microsoft office and its applications make the life easier because people can create the documents and notes, business cards and present it to the others.
