Database and Information Retrieval Assignment - Data Privacy Essay
Task - Write an essay (aim for 750 words) that addresses issues associated with data proivacy. Use the Australian Privacy Principles - discussed in class - as the basis of your discussion.
The essay should investigate the privacy issues surrounding the Australian government's MyHeathRecords system.
Write the essay as a response to a question from a friend - who is asking you, a database expert for advice - "Should I opt out of the MyHealthRecords system?"
Assessment Criteria -
a. The essay should address the question and provide an answer.
b. Essay should be structured in a logical fashion and the arguments presented should flow in a logical fashion.
c. The arguments should be are based on good reasoning, good references and on the Australian Privacy principles.
Subject - Database Management System, No Of Pages/Words: 750. Submission Date - The assignment is due on Friday the Note that this is one week after the scheduled end of teaching. Submission - Submit your assignment as a Word (.doc, .docx) or Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf). Make sure your Name and Student number are included on the first page.
