Create WCF webservice in vb.net and connect it to db2 database and retrieve and write data in WCF test client and on localserver by taking input from the user. (web app)

For example we can tell to input first and last name from table column they should be able to get there roll number, student id from the database.(web application)..The solution should in Visual studio 2012.
