The relevance theory is one that comes to mind in the concept of developing effective communication for an organization. I am curious to know your thoughts on how the four points identified in this theory can be applied to social media. They are:

(b) What the speaker intended to imply

(d) The intended context"

I think some of these aspects can be lost in social media where perception seems to dictate the believed intent of messages. What do you think?
