Question: This assignment will be an analysis of a case study. choose one of the two case studies posted below, then using your gained knowledge from the reading you should a set of advice for understanding the patient's needs and rehabbing them from the injury.

Case 1: A former football standout who was touted as being a potential first round draft pick in the NFL, suffered a significant knee injury commonly known as a "terrible triad." Since the surgeries, he has healed physically but is still suffering mentally from the injury.

Case 2: A 22-year-old field hockey player who suffered 2 concussion and some muscle skeletal issues in field hockey field. Many days, she struggles with headaches, dizziness and depression. She has undergone various treatments, but still suffers from her injuries which has changed her lifestyle in many ways.

After selecting your case, write an overview based on what you have learned creating two paragraphs. The first paragraph should provide an overview of what you believe the athlete is experiencing psychologically associated with their injury. Secondly, provide a one paragraph explanation of what advice you would provide this athlete based on what you have learned
