Your essay should discuss how to assess the introduction and use of a new technological innovation within the organisation. Each point that you make needs to be justified by reference to the theory/readings presented in the module.

4. Using "Leavitt's Diamond", discuss how this framework can help you assess issues that the implementation of the new system or technology could introduce into the organisation.
5. Explore how and why "resistance to change" occurs and what can be practically done to manage it.
6. Reflect on the pros and cons of using a planned or emergent approach to change management.
7. Recommendations: Given the information presented in the document, give some recommendations on ways in which you recommend proceeding with the implementation of the new system or technology.
8. References: List all of the references used in APA 6.0 style.
