There is no word limit for part A of the assignment. Students are asked to register a company not write an essay on how to register a company therefore you must complete an application form - Section 117(1) and 117(2). You must create a constitution as requested -- do not Google constitution and cut & paste -- read and understand sections 134,135 ,254A(2) &(3).
