Project Part 1 - Refusal Letter Essay
Write an essay describing the techniques you would use as the cashier writing a refusal letter to Omar. Use either the inductive or deductive approach as recommended in the textbook and explain why this approach is best. Describe the elements and facts you would include and the order in which you would present them.
Your essay must include an introduction, body, and conclusion. It should address all relevant parts of each question. Make sure to cite any references you use. All citations and references must be in APA format.
Project Part 2 - Refusal Letter
As the cashier, compose a letter to Omar in Microsoft Word denying his request for a tuition refund. Conduct any research necessary to provide information or options the student might consider and incorporate these alternatives into your letter.
Include in-text citations within the letter and a reference list at the end of the letter for any sources.
Be sure to use appropriate letter style including letterhead information with return address as well as the appropriate headers, salutation, and complimentary close.
