Once you have collected this data you should think about what the author was/were trying to accomplish or communicates in the text by featuring those element. Ask yourself how the writer communicates the ideas and why the author may have chosen to incorporate the elements of the text. Focus on excavating the deeper meaning and importance of the text . Try to focus on what message you think the author was trying to convey to the reader , as well as what specific elements of the text help the author to send that message.

Body: topic sentences for each body paragraph, body paragraphs provide analysis not just summary. Thoughtful organization - thoroughly discuss one idea or point before moving on to another . Always say something about the quote before moving on.
Conclusion: Restate your thesis in nrw words, summarize your main points, end with a statement on the importance / influence of the work or call to action, do not introduce new information or points in the conclusion .
