Question: To further practice the use of assembler directives and I/O programing, write an assemnly program to continuously read an eight-bits input data from the switches on DE2-115 FPGA board. Then compute the 2's complement of the number read and output them on LEDs.

To further get familiar with the DE2 115 programming environment, write an assembly program that reads a byte at memory location operand, toggles the four MSB's and sets the four LSB's.
